BW Converting, Inc. Hires New Global Leader for Quality Control

BW Converting, Inc. has named a new global vice president for continuous improvement and quality.

Davor Vlaski will lead the development and execution of BW Converting’s operational excellence strategy across all manufacturing sites and business segments within the converting platform.

“Vlaski will be responsible for driving transformational change while embedding Lean and Six Sigma disciplines and strengthening world-class standards in both product and process quality,” the company said in a news release. “His remit also includes oversight of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, alignment with global ISO standards, integration of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles, and implementation of Designing for Excellence (DfX) approaches to support long-term value creation and customer satisfaction.”

Vlaski brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning engineering, aftermarket, operations, and continuous improvement. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations, supply chain and sourcing at Generac. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Zurn Elkay (formerly Rexnord.

Vlaski holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
